Equipment Description
This series of equipment is usually used for crushing materials whose hardness value is less than 70-100 MPa. The particle size of materials crushed by the equipment can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of less than 10 mm. Generally, the proportion of less than 3 mm can reach 95%. It is the preferred equipment to replace ordinary mills with high energy consumption and low efficiency.
The working principle of this equipment is roughly the same as that of the double-toothed roller crusher produced by our company. The equipment uses two sets of crushing toothed rollers to run opposite to each other, and achieves the purpose of crushing materials through combined methods such as extrusion and rubbing, and it can achieve a relatively good crushing effect. It is widely used in mining, cement, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries to crush coal, coal gangue, rock, limestone, quartz stone and other materials.
