100-200 TPH Output Roll Crusher Machine Adjustable Tooth Roller Clearance
Equipment Principle
The motor transmits the power to the reducer through the torque limiting hydraulic coupling. After the reduction, it drives the two broken tooth rollers to rotate in opposite directions. A rotating screening machine is formed between the two broken tooth rollers. Materials smaller than the discharge size can be discharged directly without crushing. Each pair of broken toothed rollers forms a crushing cavity. When large pieces of material fall into the crushing cavity, they are broken by the combined action of the toothed roller and the toothed roller, and are forced to discharge by the action of the broken teeth. This reduces the over-crushing rate, increases the processing energy, and reduces the power consumption.

What is Roller Crusher Machine?
A Roller Crusher Machine, also known as a double roll crusher or twin roll crusher, is a type of crusher that features two parallel, rotating rollers. It is commonly used in various industries for crushing materials into smaller sizes. Here are some key characteristics and working principles of a Roller Crusher Machine:
Design and Structure:
A Roller Crusher Machine consists of two parallel, cylindrical rollers that rotate in opposite directions. The rollers are mounted on a sturdy frame and operate independently of each other. The crushing chamber is typically formed between the two rollers, and the material to be crushed is fed into the top of the crusher.
Crushing Mechanism:
The material enters the crushing chamber and is subjected to the squeezing and shearing forces generated by the rotating rollers. As the rollers rotate, they compress the material between them, causing it to be crushed or fractured into smaller pieces. The size of the final crushed product is determined by the gap between the rollers, which can be adjusted to control the desired output size.
Types of Material:
Roller Crusher Machines are capable of crushing a wide range of materials, including:
Various types of minerals: such as coal, limestone, clay, gypsum, and more.
Aggregates: including sand, gravel, and crushed stone.
Other materials: such as recycling materials, industrial by-products, and more.
Advantages:
Roller Crusher Machines offer several advantages, including:
Efficient crushing: The dual roller design allows for a high reduction ratio, resulting in efficient crushing and finer product sizes.
Versatility: They can handle a wide range of materials and are suitable for various applications, such as mining, quarrying, and recycling.
Compact size: Roller Crusher Machines have a relatively compact design, making them suitable for installation in tight spaces or mobile crushing plants.
Low maintenance: These crushers are generally robust and require minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and operational costs.
Applications:
Roller Crusher Machines find application in various industries, including:
Mining and quarrying: for crushing ores, minerals, and rocks.
Coal processing: for the size reduction of coal and coal preparation.
Cement industry: for crushing clinker or raw materials in cement plants.
Chemical industry: for crushing chemicals and other bulk materials.
Recycling: for crushing and processing recycling materials.
