Product Description
This type of XCMD500 * 1500 Roll Crusher Machine has introduced advanced European technology and improved the overall structure of the equipment, making it more efficient and more advanced in crushing technology. It mainly operates through the power assembly, drives the crushing assembly through the triangle belt, and it is the opposite and uniform rotation of the crushing gear roller, so as to achieve the purpose of evenly crushing materials.
This type of XCMD500 * 1500 Roll Crusher Machine weighs 11.8 tons, and the motor power is 37 kW (18.5 * 2). The diameter of the broken tooth roll of this equipment is 500 mm and the length is 1500 mm.
This Roll Crusher Machine is used for the fine crushing process of materials. The crushed aggregate has a round shape and good permeability, which is very conducive to the subsequent calcination process (if any). Its hourly output is 30-60 tons, the feed particle size is less than 50 mm, and the discharge particle size is within the range of 10-25 mm.
