Limestone Crushing Line Double Roller Crusher High Yield Low Powder Rate
Application In Limestone
In limestone production lines, Double Roller Crusher is a new and rational crushing concept.
1. For example, in the case of producing finished limestone chemicals (30mm-80mm)
We can configure an Double Roller Crusher secondary crushing after primary crushing, in the case of feed size of 300-200, specifically to produce finished chemical materials of limestone, the one-time crushing yield will be 55%-65%, and the dust control is 3%-5%.
2. For example, in the case of limestone finished aggregates (less than 31.5 mm)
We can configure one Double Roller Crusher secondary crushing and one Double Roller Crusher tertiary crushing after primary crushing, and specialize in producing finished aggregate of limestone with a feed size of 200mm-300mm. The primary aggregate finished product rate will be 50%-60% and the dust control will be 2%-3%.
And Double Roller Crusher has the advantage of large throughput and low machine vibration. It can occupy a very small ground area and achieve a large amount of limestone crushing line with great output in a very compact space at the same time.
